In collaboration with Chef Davide Batti, a culinary professional from Lake Como and Ticino, we have built a culinary offering that lets you enjoy the best of Italian cuisine without leaving the loft.
Private Chef in Loft
A signature dinner, without leaving Haven.
A signature dinner prepared at home for you and your guests. Three signature menus: The Italian Comfort, Lake & Mountains, The Silk Journey or proposals tailored to your taste, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and keto options.
The chef takes care of the shopping, the preparation, the service, and then quietly retires, leaving the evening to you.
Cooking Class & Masterclass
Put on the apron and become a chef for a day. Authentic lessons in fresh Italian pasta (dough, sheeting, tagliatelle, stuffed ravioli) or a gourmet pizza masterclass with a professional oven and DOP ingredients. For those travelling with children, there is also a dedicated Junior Chef Workshop for the little ones.
Resident Chef · Spa Culinary Journey · Pic-Nic
For those who wish to go further, more extensive formats are available: a full day with a resident chef, nutritional journeys aligned with your private spa, or elegant pic-nics to take on the boat or to the lake's panoramic viewpoints.
Vintage Car Experience on Lake Como
The lake as it once was.
There are roads, on Lake Como, that deserve to be travelled at a different pace. Roads that wind around historic villas, climb up to panoramic viewpoints, and lead you to villages where time has stood still.
Through our trusted partner, you can experience the lake behind the wheel of a classic Italian car, a Fiat 500, a Spider, an icon of the 1960s. Half a day, a full day, or just a few hours at sunset: we design the itinerary together.

Private Massage in Loft
The natural completion of your private spa.
After the infrared sauna, after the aromatic steam shower, after the terrace Jacuzzi, there is one more gesture to indulge in: a private massage delivered directly inside the loft, by a selected wellness professional.
Relaxing, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, or bespoke treatments: the choice is yours. A solo session or a couple's experience, in an environment you already know and where you feel at home.
Available on request, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the professional's availability.
Private Transfer Service
Begin the journey the right way.
Arriving at Haven should already be part of the experience. That's why we offer a private transfer service to and from the main access points of northern Italy and Switzerland.
